How do I edit or delete a previously recorded purchase order?

Simply select the purchase order number on the Activities>Purchase Orders>Create/Modify Purchase Orders form. You can make limited changes to the purchase order or click the Delete button to delete it.

Can I void an existing purchase order?

Yes. You can void a purchase order using Activities>Purchase Orders>Void Purchase Orders.
