Print to Screen Buttons

If available, click the button for more information about its form or process.

Close: Use this button to close the Print to Screen form.

First Page: Use this button to display the first page of data.

Previous Page: Use this button to display the previous page of data.

Next Page: Use this button to display the next page of data.

Last Page: Use this button to display the last page of data.

Go To Page: Use this button to display a particular page.

Go To Bookmark: Use this button to display the currently book marked page.

Set Bookmark: Use this button to set a bookmark for the current page. You can only set one bookmark per page. If you set a bookmark and there is already one set, the new one overrides the original bookmark.

Print: Use this button to print the data.

Print Preview: Use this button to preview the data before it is printed. You can view the data one or two pages at a time.

Print Setup: Use this button to select the type of printer, a print orientation of portrait or landscape, the paper size, and the paper source.

Export: Use this button to export the report to one of several popular file formats. This button is available only if the Data Import/Export module is installed.

Export to XLS: Use this button to export data as a spreadsheet that is downloaded to your computer. This button is only available if the Data Import/Export module is installed, and it is not available on every Print to Screen form.

Print to PDF File: Use this button to print the report as a PDF file.

Email Report as PDF File: Use this button to email the report as an attachment. You must have configured your Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) settings for email using Organization>Organization Information>Email Setup tab.

Drill Down: Use this button to drill down from report balances to individual debits and credits that make up the balance. This button is not available for every report.

Select Page: Use this button to select the contents of the entire page so that it can be copied.

Copy: Use this button to copy data, so that it can be pasted into another Windows application. To do so, drag and select the data, and then click this button.
