Validate Customizer Access to the fieldlst Table

Use this diagnostic test to verify that the column values in the fieldlst table are returned correctly to the Customizer, and can detect issues such as incorrect or unexpected characters, parsing errors, and missing entries in the fieldlst table. You must be a Millennium system administrator in a system that uses Microsoft SQL Server to run this test.

Use the following steps to run this diagnostic test:

1. Sign into the system as a Millennium system administrator.
2. Select Tools>System Upkeep>Diagnostics from the menu. The Diagnostics page opens.
3. In the Display Design(Customizer) section click the Validate fieldlst table link.
4. Click Run to run the report. The report produces a file with the name ValidateGetColumnsResultDate.txt, where Date is the current date. If no problems are encountered, the system shows a message that indicates no issues were found.
5. You can save the file locally or open it to view the results. Use a browser (such as Internet Explorer or Chrome) to open the report file for optimum formatting.
