Constituent Profiles Favorites
Use Bookmarks to access constituent data that you view frequently. If you are a Prospect Manager, or an assistant to, or a researcher for, a Prospect Manager, use My Prospects to access the information for all of your Prospects. If you are the Director for a group of Prospect Managers, or an assistant to, or a research for, a Director, use My Staff to access information for the prospects of your managers.
To access each of the Constituent Profiles Favorites components you must be a constituent in the database, and your User ID must be associated with this constituent ID number. A system administrator must set this up for your User ID. See User Security, User Maintenance for details.
To access the My Staff, My Prospects, My Tasks, and PM Reassign Favorites components there is an additional requirement. Your constituent must have a relationship with another constituent, and that relationship must be a Prospect Management relationship. In order to be considered a Prospect Management relationship, your relationship type must be one that has been assigned to a Prospect Management (PM) Role of Director, Assistant/Researcher, or Prospect Manager. The other constituent's relationship type must be one that has been assigned to a PM Role of Prospect Manager if you are a Director, or a PM Role of Prospect if you are a Prospect Manager, or a PM Role of Director or Prospect Manager if you are an Assistant/Researcher.
If your role is that of a Director to one or more Managers, then you will have access to My Staff and to PM Reassign.
If your role is that of a Manager to one or more Prospects, then you will have access to My Prospects. See Prospect Management Relationships for more information about Prospect Management Relationships and Roles.
If your role is that of an Assistant/Researcher then you will have access to My Staff and to PM Reassign if you are an assistant/ or researcher to one or more Directors, or to My Prospects if you are an assistant or researcher to one or more Managers.
If your role is that of a Director, Manager, or Assistant/Researcher then you will have access to My Tasks.
You will not see other users' Bookmark Favorites. Other users will not see your favorites unless they have bookmarked them as well. You will not see other users' My Staff and My Prospects Favorites, and other users will not see yours, unless they have their own Prospect Management relationships with the same Prospects.
