The following items are included in Release 7.2.2. Note that while this release is primarily focused on the IDEA components of Millennium, it also includes several corrections to the software in general. The correction items describe the symptoms that you might have encountered, PRIOR to the installation of this release.

Analytical Reports	Data Groups	There are now two versions of each of the standard Data Groups, and your site will use the version that reflects the nature of your institution (Non Profit or Educational). The Data Groups documentation indicates which dimensions are available in one or the other or both versions.
Analytical Reports	Demographic Data Group	Several changes have been made to the set of Dimensions that make up the Demographic data group. Renamed: Birthday, CAE Type Removed: Graduation Year New Dimensions: District Foundation Type Grandparent Preferred Year Industry Type Major Marital Status Region Territory Time Zone ZIP Code Zone The Measure has been renamed: Constituent Count. A Filter has been added: coreactive = Y
Analytical Reports	Dues Data Group	Several changes have been made to the set of Dimensions that make up the Dues Analysis data group. Renamed: All existing dimensions have been renamed, removing the word Dues (Dues Place is now simply, Place, etc.). Removed: Dues Membership Type New: Account CAE Account Group Account Name CAE Type Campaign Campaign Goal Campaign Year Class 1 Class 2 Degree Department District Dues Type Foundation Type Gender Grandparent Preferred Year Industry Type Institution Major Marital Status Parent Preferred Year Preferred School Preferred Year Region Territory Time Zone ZIP Code Zone The Measures were renamed: Count of Dues, Sum Dues Amount, Sum Dues Pledge.
Analytical Reports	Solicitation Data Group	Several changes have been made to the Solicitation Data Group. The group is now named, Gift Analysis. The following changes were made to the set of Dimensions that make up the group. Renamed: CAE Type, Class 1, Class 2, Department, Effective Date, Process Date Removed: Division New: Account CAE Account Group Campaign Year Department Foundation Type Gender Gift Type Grandparent Preferred Year Industry Type Major Marital Status Parent Preferred Year Preferred School Preferred Year Region Territory Time Zone ZIP Code Zone These Measures were renamed: Count of Gifts, Sum Gift Amount, Sum Pledge Amount. This Measure was added: Sum Gift Joint Amount.
Analytical Reports	Membership Data Group	Several changes have been made to the set of Dimensions that make up the Membership Data Group. Renamed: Benefit, Birthday, CAE Type, Classification, Level, Status, Type, Type Join Date, Renewal Date Removed: Attributes, Graduation Year, Membership Amount, Subscriptions New: District Grandparent Preferred Year Major Marital Status Region Status Territory Time Zone ZIP Code Zone The Measures are now named: Count of Members, Sum Member Amount. The following Filter was added: membactive = 'Y'
Analytical Reports	Prospect Data Group	Several changes have been made to the set of Dimensions that make up the Prospect Data Group. Renamed: Birthday, CAE Type, Research Level Removed: Asked Rating, Campaign, Division, Donor Capacity, Financial Type, Graduation Year, Rating Asked Amount, Screening Opinion, Solicitation New: CAE Type Date Added District Foundation Type Grandparent Preferred Year Industry Type Last Contact Date Major Marital Status Region Territory Time Zone ZIP Code Zone These Measures were renamed: Count of Donors, Donor Capacity. A Filter was added: donrtrack = 'Y'
Easy Ask	Dictionary	To enhance the reliability of the response to questions using Easy Ask, the Dictionary is being replaced with a streamlined version. For this release, the Dictionary contains information from the following Biographical tables (only): Address, Attribute, Basic Data, Citizenship, Comment, Correspondence, Death, Custom Bio, Education, Employment, and Name. Future releases will include information from additional tables.
Mapping	Value-based Maps	Functionality has been added to the process of creating a Shaded Area, Shaded Circle, and Sized Circle map from within the Millennium Reporter. Each of these map types is dependent on a value being associated with a particular geographic point or area. The system will now prompt you to specify whether that value should be based on a count of the records in the worktable or on one of the Totals that have been defined in the criteria and calculated during the run of the report that created the worktable. The system also prompts you to specify whether you prefer that the area be along state boundaries or ZIP Code boundaries. Hot key functionality has been added to Mapping within the Reporting World.
PDA	PDA Access	With this release, PDA Access is fully activated. This includes remote connection via hand-held devices with either a Pocket PC operating system or a Palm Pilot operating system (regardless of brand name). This includes the ability to view data for any constituent, plus shortcut access to the logon user's own Bookmarked constituents and Prospects, access to published PDA reports, and access to internet links to a map of a specific Address and the current local weather forecast for that location.

6287/M10058	Benefits	Both	Browser	When a Membership Type has more than 10 standard Benefits the second and subsequent screens in the Automated Membership Process for the creation of Benefits contained mis-sized buttons.
M10070	Benefits	SQL	Both	When a Membership was created for a constituent and Benefits were accepted and assigned, the Benefit rows were not always created by the system.
M10027	Giftmrcvd	Both	Windows	When posting a Match Payment and checking the box to Credit Donor, the giftmrcvd field was not being populated with an 'M' for the Credit Transaction on the individual's record.
M10085	Letters	Both	Windows	When attempting to use the Letter function on a workstation with Word 97, a message was given indicating that Word 2000 must be installed.
M10021	Name Title Error	Both	Windows	With the User Option set to view Table Lookups by Code, attempts to insert a new Name row resulted in an error involving 'fk_nametitle'.
M10079	New Constituent	Both	Windows	When creating a new constituent and Gender information was entered, it was not being saved in the data row.

Events Corrections

M10012	Registration	All	Windows	When entering Guest information (not via Express Insert) and any of the options for Special Needs, Transportation, Lodging, or Tourney Needs are checked, the insert forms for that data were not automatically presented.
M10019	Registration Fee	All	Windows	During the Registration process, if a partial Fee was entered and if another Fee insert form was immediately accessed, the default Amount Paid showed the full amount, not the balance remaining to be paid.
M10014	Speaker	SQL	Windows	When attempting to insert a constituent Speaker for an Event or Activity and performing a search using Id #, an SQLExecDirect error resulted.

M10075	View Generator	Both	Windows	If the 'Create All' option in the View Generator was used to create a new Group, and a user was then assigned to the Group, that user would be prevented from creating new constituents in the system. (Message to user said that Basic Data already existed.)
M10090	View Generator	Both	Both	If the 'Create All' option in the View Generator was used to create a new View, it was necessary to stop and start the IIS in order to see that new View in the listing.
M10103	Generic Import Utility	Both	Both	When using the Generic Import Utility with a Tab Delimited import file that does not contain an Id (the first column is blank), the correct alignment of the file layouts was not preserved.

The following Help files have been updated or added to the mill\help folder.

dues_detail.html	The chart showing the default values for NPV and Asset Amounts was changed to indicate that Bequest transactions have an Asset Value = the face value of the transaction. In the description of the duesmrcvd field, the list of transaction types for which this field is set to 'M' was expanded to include credits issued as a result of a match pledge payment being applied to an individual's pledge balance. The descriptions for duesrschfl and duesrschky have been removed. These fields were present in earlier versions of Millennium but are not part of the current database.
easy_ask.html	Edits were made in accordance with the streamlined dictionary.
giving_detail.html	The chart showing the default values for NPV and Asset Amounts was changed to indicate that Bequest transactions have an Asset Value = the face value of the transaction. The description for the giftamtplg was edited to emphasize that this field does not include the joint amount and that it is not a total for all allocations. In the description of the giftmrcvd field, the list of transaction types for which this field is set to 'M' was expanded to include credits issued as a result of a match pledge payment being applied to an individual's pledge balance. The descriptions for giftrschfl and giftrschky have been removed. These fields were present in earlier versions of Millennium but are not part of the current database.
map_data.html	Edits were made in accordance with the enhancements to the Shaded Area, Shaded Circle and Sized Circle map functions.
new_map.html	Edits were made in accordance with the enhancements to the Shaded Area, Shaded Circle and Sized Circle map functions.
new_question.html	Edits were made in accordance with the new, streamlined dictionary.
PDA subdirectory	A subdirectory has been added to the Help directory, named PDA and containing the Help files for the PDA Access. These new Help files may be accessed from within Millennium via the Options item in the main Millennium (Windows) toolbar. From the Options pop-up, choose PDA and then the PDA Help button to launch that Help system.
