Creating an Active Director/Prospect Manager Relationship
Constituents with whom you have an Active Director / Prospect Manager Relationship will be listed in the My Staff Favorites display.
To create the required relationship record:
- Locate your User ID's constituent record. Then, use Millennium Explorer, .
- Point to the Relationships

or the Edit Button located to the left of any existing Relation row.
- Click Insert.
- In the Is A list, click on a relationship type that has a Prospect Management Role of Director.
- In the Whose list, click on a relationship type that has a Prospect Management Role of Manager.

Enter the Manager's ID number or name in the Is field, using
standard Name search format.
- Enter a Start Date, and other information, as desired. If you do enter a Stop Date at this point, remember that once that date is reached, then the relationship will no longer be Active and will no longer display here.

Click Insert. The system will use the Is field information to perform a constituent
standard ID Search before creating the Relation record.
