Displaying My Staff as Favorites
Your User ID must belong to an Millennium User Group that has select permissions for each of the data tables that are shown on the My Staff Favorites display. If you do not have the correct permissions to one or more of the data tables that are shown on the My Staff display, then you will not be able to access it.

- Information for each Prospect Manager will be listed. By default, this information will be the ID number, Formatted Name, Job Title, the Whose side of the Director/Prospect Manager relationship, email Address from the preferred Internet Address row (or first found if no preferred Internet Address exists), and Phone Number from the preferred Address row (or first found if no preferred Address exists). You may see different information, or the same information in a different order, if your site has customized this view.
- Click any field name in the Table Header to sort the list as you choose.
- Click the Formatted Name or ID number of a listed Manager to view the list of that Manager's Prospects in the My Prospects Favorites format. You may use one or more of the available Filters to refine the list to suit your needs.
- Click the Formatted Name or ID number of a Prospect to view a detailed display of the prospect's data in your One Screen View Display.
If you do not have at least one Director / Manager relationship, then the My Staff item will not be available in Millennium Explorer. Once you create the first Director / Manager relationship, you must Log Off and then log back on to Millennium in order to view the My Staff item.
If Employment fields are shown on the My Staff display and a Prospect Manager has more than one Employment row, he or she will be listed multiple times - once for each active job row.
