Advertising Invoice Register Report

Reports Central: Advertising --> Advertisers

A listing of all invoices created for a particular publication and/or issue.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Type	Required	Choose the specified type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list: All, Subscription, or Publication.
Subscription/Publication	Optional	Choose the specified subscription or publication you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Issue	Optional	Choose the specified issue you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Advertiser	Lists the advertiser name.
Agency	Lists the advertisement agency.
Invoice	Lists the invoice number.
Invoice Date	Lists the invoice date.
Product	Lists the advertisement product.
Original Amount	Lists the original advertisement amount.
Discount Amount	Lists any discounts.
Line Amount	Lists the line amount.
Pay Amount	Lists the pay amount.
Balance	Lists the balance.
Sub Total(s)	Lists the sub totals for the invoice and report.
Grand Totals	Lists the grand totals for the report.
