Organization Settings - Session Timeout

Use this tab to set the session timeout duration for all users within your organization. The session timeout defines the period of inactivity before users are automatically signed out of the application. This notification is an essential security feature that helps protect sensitive data and ensures that user sessions do not remain open indefinitely.

 

Enter the timeout duration (in minutes) and select Save. If users are inactive for the specified amount of time, the session timeout notification will appear.

Minimum Duration: 5 Minutes

Maximum Duration: 90 Minutes

 

Once the timeout notification appears, users can choose between remaining logged in or logging out. If no action is taken, the user will be automatically logged out.
