Payroll Module
The Payroll module provides a powerful tool to easily produce a timely and accurate nonprofit payroll and generate fully distributed accounting entries.
Maintain complete employee profiles
Keep detailed records of pay, demographics, review dates, and performance notes. Attach I-9s, W-4s, and evaluations directly to employee profiles for centralized record-keeping. Group employees by department or pay cycle to streamline payroll management.
Customize and distribute payroll
Create custom payroll codes for earnings, benefits, deductions, and leave. Accurately distribute costs in the general ledger by program, department, or grant using percentages, dollar amounts, or units.
Available with the Payroll module: Direct Deposit for employees
If you have the Payroll module, you have the option to install the Direct Deposit module as well. Direct Deposit allows employees to choose how and where their direct deposits are posted - to a single account in a single bank, or to multiple accounts in multiple banks. Employees set the monetary amounts or percentages of their paychecks for deposit distribution. See the Direct Deposit Module for more information.
