Prospect Reassignment Form

Access the Prospect Manager Reassignment form by using Millennium Explorer>Favorites>Prospects>Reassign.

The Prospect Manager Reassignment form allows you to move one or more prospects from one Prospect Manager to another.

Note: If you do not see the Reassign option in Millennium Explorer, the constituent ID associated with your Millennium user ID has not been configured with the appropriate Donor Tracking Relationship Type pairings. The Prospect Manager Reassignment form includes the following fields.

Field/Button	Description
Prospect Type	Specifies the type of prospects you want to reassign. The default value is All.
Existing Manager	Specifies the existing Prospect Manager with the prospects you want to reassign to a new Prospect Manager. The Prospect Managers displayed in the list are all constituents with an existing Prospect Manager/Prospect relationship.
Existing Manager Prospects	Specifies the constituents who have an active Prospect/Prospect Manager relationship with the selected Existing Prospect Manager.
All Constituents	Specifies that you want the New Manager search operation to search for all constituents.
Prospect Managers	Specifies that you want the New Manager search operation to search for only constituents who have an active prospect or prospect manager relationship.
New Manager	Specifies the new Prospect Manager to whom you want to assign the prospects. Type the constituent ID number or constituent name of the new Prospect Manager. If you type the constituent name for the new Prospect Manager, type the name in the following format: LastName/FirstName. You can enter a partial value in the New Manager field, and click Search to search the database for all matching records.
Search	Click Search to search the database for records matching the value entered in the New Manager field. If more than one match is found the New Manager Search window displays all matching records, and you can select the New Manager from the list. If only one match is found, the system populates the New Manager field with that match.
Current/Pending Prospects	Displays the constituents who have an active Prospect/Prospect Manager relationship with the selected New Manager.
Add	Moves selected entries in the Existing Manager Prospects list to the Current/Pending Prospects list.
Add All	Moves all of the entries in the Existing Manager Prospects list over to the Current/Pending Prospects list.
Remove	Moves the selected entries in the Current/Pending Prospects lists over to the Existing Manager Prospects list.
Remove All	Moves all of the entries in the Current/Pending Prospects lists over to the Existing Manager Prospects list.
Start Button	Reassigns the entries in the Existing Manager Prospects list to the New Manager specified in the New Manager field.
Close Button	Closes the Prospect Manager Reassignment form. If you click this button without clicking Start, no reassignment is made and changes are canceled.
