Creating a Worktable for the Login Creation Utility
When you use the Login Creation Utility to generate initial user IDs and passwords for your constituents, you might want to limit the number of users created at a time. By default, the entire database is reviewed for constituents who do not have a user ID and password.
To limit the number of constituents selected by the utility, you can generate a worktable to use when the utility runs. The utility will only review the records for the constituents selected in the worktable.
To generate a worktable for use by the Login Creation Utility, use the following steps:
- Go to .
- Create or edit the criteria for a report so that it contains the Basic Data fields that can be used to generate the initial user ID and password. See Login Creation Utility Fields for more information about the basic data fields that can be used.
- In the Report Options tab, specify the Address and Name types to include in the worktable.
- In the Run tab, make sure the Save Worktable option is selected.
- Save and run the report.
When the report has completed, the worktable will be available in the list when you select the Work Table option in the Login Creation Utility.
