Maintain Closing Accounts Form

Use this form to maintain closing account assignments. The table enables you to see your current list of closing accounts, set a closing assignment, or select an existing closing account for copying or deletion.

 

Maintain Closing Accounts Actions

Set Closing Assignments: Select to go to the Maintain Closing Accounts Record Form

Copy: Selecting a Closing Accounts record from the Closing Accounts table activates Copy. Click Copy to open the Copy Closing Accounts Form

Delete: Selecting one ore more Closing Accounts records from the Closing Accounts table activates Delete.

Items Per Page: Choose how many items per page to display using the drop-down list. You can view items in the table in increments of 10, 20, 50, or 100.

Search: Enter a sequence of characters to filter the list displayed in the table.

Select: Select the checkbox to select individual records. Select the checkbox located in the title bar of the table to select all records.

Reset Grid: Select to reset the table to its default order. See the Tips and Shortcuts page for more information on reorganizing grids

 

Maintain Closing Accounts Table

The following columns are available in the Maintain Closing Accounts table.

Fund To Close: The fund account code number to close

GL To Close: The general ledger account code to close

Close Into: The closing account record code into which to close
