About Instant Address
Instant Address is an Initium Software service. Its purpose is to assist users when entering and updating address information. It is integrated into all Millennium forms that include mailing addresses, and it provides real time address autocompletion functionality and mailing address verification in accordance with postal authority data.
An 
Envelope button displays on the following forms (to the right of the first line of the mailing address) to indicate that Instant Address is available.

- Event
- Event Activity
- Event Guest
- Event and Activity Speaker
- Credit Card and Bank Draft forms for gifts, dues, and event registration fees
- The Data Examiner Address, Credit Card (linked to gifts, dues, and event registration fees), and Event Guest pending data review forms
- Instant Address does not consider an address's Line 3 field when verifying a mailing address.
- On credit card and bank draft forms, Instant Address will not verify that an address matches what the card company or financial institution has on file for the account (it does not verify that it is a valid billing address). It only verifies that the address is a valid mailing address.
- When a mailing address is entered into or updated in Millennium,Instant Address will properly format it in accordance with postal service regulations.
- Instant Address includes information that shows whether the address has been validated or overridden in the form. By default, this information is not displayed, but you can add the information to forms that use Instant Address by customizing the display.
- Instant Address is not available in Mobile Millennium or in the Online Constituent Directory.
Instant Address and Initium Software
Instant Address is delivered as a cloud service by Initium Software.You will receive a URL from Initium Software when you purchase it. Once you enter this URL into System Options, Instant Address will be available on Millennium forms that contain mailing address information.
