Email Templates
Create default and custom email templates for forms sent from MIP Cloud. Before creating custom templates, you'll need to define default preferences - such as subject line and message - for each form type in the system. Note that the "Default" email template can't be deleted.
Before creating a new template, your organization must set up an SMTP connection. See Organization Settings - Email Setup.

Before deleting a record, ensure you’ve selected the correct record you want to remove from the system. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
