Missing Forms or Fields
- I have moved my installation and copied the contents of the old Formats folder to my new Formats folder. Why is it that even though I copied the files to my Formats folder the custom forms are not available for me to select?
- The custom format was created from a different computer and now the logo or signature is missing (there is just a box with a red "x"). What happened?

All custom forms that are created on a computer with a separate installation need to be imported into your database before you can access the form. To accomplish this, select Reports>Forms Designer and open any exiting form. Once you have a form open, simply click Import Format and use the Browse button to find the new file.fdn. You will be prompted for a new Name and Description. Once you click OK, the custom forms will now be available to select and view.

Picture fields reference the path where the bitmap is stored. If the path information is different from one machine to another this will cause the picture to not be read. Also, if you do not have the same access rights to the directory where the bitmap is located you will not be able to view the picture. To correct these issues, verify that the path located in the Properties of the picture is correct and can be accessed via Windows Explorer.
