Entering A/R Invoices

The following tabs are available on the Enter A/R Invoices form. Click the link to view detailed information about each tab:

Procedures

Enter document and transaction information on the Enter A/R Invoices form in the following order:

  1. Enter the document information-Invoice Number, Date, Amount, Description, Customer ID, and when the invoice is Due.
  2. Enter transaction line items-at least one balanced entry is required. Each line item will contain the appropriate account codes, related Debits and Credits, an Entry Type, an Effective Date, a Description, and an Exchange Rate, if appropriate.
  3. Complete the Enter A/R Invoices - User Defined Fields tab, if appropriate.
  4. Click Save.
