Online Constituent Directory Log In and Authentication

Your constituents must have a user name and password in order to log in to the secured sections of your institution's website, such as the online constituent directory. These user names and passwords are stored in individual fields in the constituent's Basic Data row, and they are used to log onto your organization's Online Constituent Directory website, only. They do not allow a constituent to log in to the main Millennium software or databases.

Notes:

Login Creation Utility—Use the Login Creation Utility to populate the initial user ID and password for each constituent. See Using the Login Creation Utility to perform this task.

Online Constituent Directory Reports—After the Login Creation Utility has completed, and the user name and password values for your constituents have been posted to the coreuserec and corepwdec fields in the Basic Data table, you will need to pass on this information to your constituents. Two standard reports exist for this purpose: The Online Constituent Directory Report, and the Online Constituent Directory Export. See the Online Constituent Directory Reports topic for complete details.

Login Authentication and Constituent Log In Process—See the Sample Website, Constituent log in topic for complete details.
