Fixed Assets Module

The Fixed Assets module provides your organization with a powerful tool for tracking assets, calculating depreciation, and automatically allocating depreciation and disposal entries in the general ledger.

 

Add and organize fixed assets

Add new assets and manage existing ones using designation codes, categories, and asset types to track location, ownership, and more. Use Quick Asset Entry to streamline data entry during invoice or purchase recording.

Calculate and post depreciation

Run depreciation monthly, quarterly, or annually - by individual asset or custom group. Choose from standard methods or create your own custom depreciation codes. Review entries with a Pre-Transfer Depreciation/Disposal Register report before posting to the general ;edger to help you review your entries and check for errors.

Track disposals and run detailed reports

Record full or partial disposals and maintain complete audit trails by attaching documents to asset records. Use built-in or custom reports to analyze depreciation and track asset activity.
