Biographical Data Tables
As a general rule, the data tables in the Biographical group deal with data that might be considered public information concerning the constituent. It is primarily information that you could have gathered from such sources as a constituent information survey, directory, yearbook, student records, or phone books.
The Biographical tables are: Address, Attribute, Basic Data, Circle (Membership), Citizenship, Comment, Correspondence, Coverage, Custom Bio, Death, Education, Employment, Event Log, Internet Address, Names, Phone, Relationships and Contact Info.
Associated Tables
Some of the Biographical tables do not appear in the Millennium Explorer because they are only displayed with primary tables with which they are associated.
Citizenship table rows display following the display of a constituent's Basic Data row.
Internet Address rows display following the display of all Address rows for a constituent.
Phone Number rows that do not store information associated with a particular address row will display following the display of all Address rows for a constituent. Phone Number rows that do store information that is associated with a particular address row will display immediately after the Address row with which it is associated.
Contact Info rows store information that is associated with a particular relationship row and will display immediately after the relationship row with which it is associated.
Death table rows display following the display of a constituent's Basic Data row if the Display Death with Basic Data system option is set to Yes.
