Encumbrance Reports

To access these reports, go to Reports > Encumbrances

The Encumbrance reports provide a range of information to help monitor your organization's financial commitments. Standard reports include an encumbrance budget report for easy comparisons, and an aged encumbrance ledger. The system provides several pre-generated report selections, along with the option to customize reports.

Note: For best performance, we recommend exporting no more than 8 reports at a time.
