Add / Edit Report Groups

Navigate to Maintenance > General Ledger > Report Groups, then select Add Report Group Set or choose a group set name from the grid

Create or edit report groups. Each report group belongs to a group set, and you can create multiple group sets for flexibility in reporting. Only included account codes are shown on the report when using report groups.

 

 

Report Group Set

Segment: Select the segment for the report group.

Group Set Name: Enter a name for the report group set.

Report Groups

Group Code: The group code

Group Title: The title of the group

Group Short Title: The short title of the group

 

Select Edit to make changes to the report group.

Select Delete to remove a report group.

When you're finished with your edits, select Add Report Group.
