Millennium Data Tables Index

Millennium uses tables to maintain and display constituent data.

The following table provides a list of Millennium data tables, a short description of each data table, and a link to more information about the data table. The name of the table as it physically exists in the Millennium database is listed in parenthesis under the table name.

Contains a row for each advisory generated by the system. Advisory Notifications

AFO Forms

(afo_forms)

Contains the Community Brands Fundraising Online form names to be displayed in Millennium, and the code snippets that are added to the constituent's page in the Online Constituent Directory. Community Brands Fundraising Online Forms

Attachments

(attachments)

Allows you to track the link between an attachment file, such as a document, scanned image, graphics file, spreadsheet, or audio/video file, and the data row to which it is attached. Attachments

Attendance

Allows you to maintain information about any number and combination of activities that a guest at an event may choose to attend. Activity Attendance

Attribute

(attribute)

Allows you to maintain additional constituent information that is specific to your institution. Attribute

Audit

(audit_tablename)

Audit tables track the changes made to fields in data tables for which audit logging is enabled. These tables are populated automatically. Audit Log

Basic Data

Allows you to maintain basic data for an individual constituent, corporation, or organization. Basic Data

Benefits

Allows you to specify the benefit package that a constituent with a membership receives in conjunction with the membership. Benefits

Benefit Level

Membership Benefit Level data is stored in the benefitlevel data table. Benefit Levels

Bookmarks

(bookmarks)

Contains information about each user's bookmarked items. This table is automatically populated when a user creates a bookmark.  Bookmarks

Circles

Allow you to track relationships between a constituent and a group of constituents. Circle Membership

Citizenship

(nationality)

Allows you to specify information about a constituent's nationality, citizenship, visa, passport, and more. Citizenship

Comments

(comments)

Allows you to enter brief, free text information about a constituent. Comments

Contact Info

(contactinfo)

Allows you to maintain contact information such as a primary salutation, address, phone number, and email address for any contact stored in your Relation data table. Contact Info

Correspondence

(correspondence)

Allows you to track details regarding any written correspondence between an institution and a constituent. Correspondence

Coverage

(coverage)

Allows you to maintain Coverage relationships between constituents. A coverage relationship is a relationship where one constituent covers donations for another constituent. The covered constituent receives a soft credit whenever the other constituent makes a donation. Coverage

Credit Card

(creditcard)

Allows you to enter credit card and bank draft information for gifts, dues, or registration fees. Credit Card

Custom Bio

(custombio)

Allows you to maintain unique or highly specialized constituent data that does not readily fit into other standard data tables. Custom Bio

Custom Prospect

(customprospect)

Allows you to maintain unique or highly specialized data for a prospect that does not readily fit into any other standard data tables. Custom Prospect

Death

(death)

Allows you to record information concerning the place and time of death for an individual constituent, or information concerning the dissolution/disbanding of a corporation or foundation. Death

Demographics

(demogrph)

Allows you to maintain evaluative ratings about some aspect of a constituent's possible ability to give. This information is typically provided by a third-party. Demographic

Dues Detail

(dues)

Allows you to track donations that have been received or that are anticipated as a result of a constituent's membership in an organization. Dues Transactions

Education

(school)

Allows you to maintain information about an individual constituent's attendance at a particular school, college, university, or other training institution, and the specific degree, if any, associated with that attendance. Education

Employment

(jobs)

Allows you to maintain information about an individual's current job, as well as past jobs. Employment

Allows you to maintain information about a specific social, fund-raising, or other type of function sponsored by an institution. Events

Event Solicitor
